Can't index emails. I've had CDS for years and it worked just fine. Yesterday I installed the latest version 3.5.27 and my emails (outlook) will not index no matter what I do, e.g reinstalling etc. I'm running XP with SP3 and see no reason for the glitch. Pros: Old version was fine Cons: I'm lost without an email search engine.
